Some of the Information that you or your therapists provide to us is considered health related data. By using Santum platform you agree to our methods of personal information collection, use and disclosure, as well to other terms and provisions of this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n Protecting this information is a top priority for us. We will not sell or hire any information you shared in the Santum platform. Breach of Therapy Data<\/strong><\/p>\n Santum takes reasonable measures to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information exchanged between you and your therapists to secure therapy data and to prevent unauthorized access.<\/p>\n Due to the inherent risks of handling sensitive electronic information, Santum cannot guarantee absolute privacy and confidentiality of therapy data exchanged between Clients and their therapists, whether the breach occurred by technical error, hacking, therapist negligence, Santum employee negligence, or any malicious act.<\/p>\n By using of the Santum platform you acknowledge and accept the risks of possible therapy data breach and shall not hold Santum liable for any damages or losses resulting from unauthorized access to or disclosure of personal or therapy information, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Santum, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of such incidents.<\/p>\n Indemnification by Users<\/strong><\/p>\n All users of the Santum platform hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Santum, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:<\/p>\n The obligations under this indemnity shall survive the termination or expiration of this Policy or the Terms and Conditions agreement.<\/p>\n Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n Under no circumstances shall Santum be liable to the platform users or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of information obtained through the Santum platform, even if Santum has been advised of the possibility of such damages.<\/p>\n Use of Cookies<\/strong><\/p>\n Santum uses “cookies” and “web beacons” to collect information.
